Policies
Creating a Schedule – I am only able to reserve design slots for clients who have paid their 50% deposit. Do not consider yourself scheduled in until I receive your deposit.
Re-Scheduling – If you need to reschedule your project's slot, you must do so before your first draft is scheduled for review.
Cancelations – If you choose to cancel your design before we run the process of two revisions, you forfeit your deposit. The artist/editor reserves the right to cancel a project and issue a full refund for any reason.
Pausing Your Service – If at any point you’d like to put a pause on the process, you may do so, but you are required to pay the remaining balance on your fee. If you pause your project's process and don’t pay your balance, I cannot work on your current design or any other designs until your balance is paid. Once 30 days has elapsed and the remaining fee is not paid, the project will be dropped and you will forfeit your deposit. Once 90 days has elapsed the project will be dropped whether the remaining fee has been paid or not, and you will forfeit your deposit.
Receiving Finished Files – During the design process you will be sent drafts over email. Finished designs will be sent to you in a zipped folder. You will be sent this folder after you have paid the remaining balance on your invoice. Balance payment from the client is due upon client's approval of the final image; client will receive the final unwatermarked image after receipt of payment.
Rush Fee – Clients receive draft versions of their projects at the end of the arranged scheduled. To receive projects sooner than this, clients are subject to a rush fee, which is decided on a case-by-case basis.
Payment – All payments are made securely via PayPal invoices.
Rights to Design – Clients do not own their designs until their invoice has been paid in full.
Kada's Bookstore LLC is not obligated to promote the works.
You have the right but are not obligated to use the works.
You also have the right to hire another editor for future projects.
By submitting an order form, client agrees to above terms.
